Nutrafol is seeking a highly-motivated and versatile Social Media & Community Manager to support our ever-growing social media audience as we scale our community to new platforms. The ideal candidate has a strong passion and understanding of social media tasks from ideation to execution, including: content creation and visual storytelling, social media analytics and reporting, and experience in community management. This role will report to our Senior Social Media Manager as part of the Communications team, and collaborate closely with PR, Influencer Marketing, CX/Customer Reputation and Creative team members to achieve cross-functional success.
This role requires a can-do attitude and mindset that no job is too small! Interest in the wellness space, and experience working with direct-to-consumer lifestyle brands is a plus.
Support the execution of Nutafol’s social media strategy in order to drive brand awareness, increase engagement and scale our community.
Continuously monitoring and managing Nutrafol’s social community through timely responses to customer/fan messages in the Nutrafol brand voice.
Work in tandem with the Senior Social Media Manager on content creation and planning, including caption writing, curating UGC, post scheduling, and community management.
Manage day-to-day posting to social channels (Consumer + Professional Instagram Accounts, Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn, TikTok).
Continuously brainstorm and execute new ways to engage our social audiences while communicating core brand messaging.
Collaborate cross-functionally to support all marketing efforts, including but not limited to: influencer activations, product launches and brand campaigns.
Lead and execute social giveaways with like-minded brands and personalities.
Liaise directly with CX/Customer Reputation Specialists to address community comments and customer service related questions.
Monitor, analyze and report on social metrics to propose effective strategies for community growth and enhanced engagement.
1-3 years of relevant social media experience.
Strong copywriter with the ability to repurpose marketing materials and communicate effectively for each owned channel.
Deep understanding of high-quality content and how it can translate to video/photo, Reels, TikTok, Pinterest and beyond.
Familiarity with social analytics and planning tools (e.g. Dash Hudson, Planoly)
Live and breathe all things social media. You’re up to date on the latest trends and best practices, and are the first to test out new platforms and features when they launch
