Why We Need You
PagerDuty is currently seeking an analytical, creative, and ambitious Sales Strategy & Planning Sr. Analyst to drive planning and forecasting strategies for our growing sales organization. This position will report to the Sr. Director of Sales Strategy & Planning and will be involved in many aspects of Sales Planning including management of the global sales forecast, sales investments and capacity planning, sales compensation plan design and analytics and insights to support the Go To Market leadership teams.
How You Impact Our Vision
Manage Sales Forecasts including processes, reporting & dashboards, and analytics
Partner with Sales leadership, Finance, and Human Resources to manage sales hiring investments and sales quota capacity
Support the Variable compensation design and administration for Go To Market Teams
Develop, Design, and Maintain standardized dashboards and reports to support Sales Strategy and Planning Initiatives including troubleshooting and assisting with data quality and data integrity
Draft and maintain documentation associated with Sales Strategy and Planning processes and procedures
Work closely with Finance, Marketing, Customer Success and Product Management on inter-related projects and initiatives
3+ years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, business planning, FP&A, preferably within high-growth, technology environments
Self-Starter with the ability to operate in a lean, fast-paced organization
Ability to collaborate and oversee multiple, simultaneous initiatives executed cross-functionally to support the go to market teams
Experience with Salesforce; Clari a plus
Experience with Analytical/BI Tools; InsightSquared, Anaplan, and Looker a plus
