Evergreen Counseling is a boutique therapy center located in the heart of Berkeley, California which is founded and run by Annie Wright, LMFT.
As a successful licensed marriage and family therapist, Annie also runs Annie Wright Psychotherapy, a growing online psychoeducational company.
We are excited to partner with a remote Marketing & Customer Service Specialist who would initially and primarily support the growth of Evergreen Counseling with room to expand and grow into supporting our Annie Wright Psychotherapy company as well.
The right partner for us is someone who is a quick learner, highly professional, detail-oriented, and truly cares about helping those who are struggling.
We would like to find a Marketing & Customer Service Specialist who is comfortable and proficient at both marketing activities, customer service, and complex administrative tasks and can take on a wide variety of projects to aid in the growth of our group therapy practice.

Well-versed in developing and implementing social media strategies, campaigns, and plans to build brand awareness.
Good understanding of common social media KPIs.
Comfortable staying up-to-date with latest social media trends, technologies, and best practices.
Familiarity with video content creation for social media.
Creative in finding ways to repurpose various content for use on social media platforms.
Genuinely cares about helping people who are struggling and connecting them to helpful thoughtful resources.
Must be very tech-savvy and own a reliable computer, a reliable phone, and have a reliable internet connection.
Must have a quiet, undisturbed environment in which to work.
Must be willing to sign a Business Associate Agreement indicating that you will treat confidential clinical information with confidentiality.
Must be willing to sign a Non Disclosure Agreement.
Social media management
Content creation, scheduling, and execution

Newsletter stacking and formatting
Email campaign creation
CRM data entry
Customer service – online, phone calls, etc.
General administrative support
Prior Experience With Any of These Tools and Platforms Is a Definite Plus:
Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google Business
Video Editing Tools
Social media management tools including: MeetEdgar, Planoly, and LinkTree
Project management systems like: Asana or Trello
CRM systems such as: ActiveCampaign or HubSpot
Gmail and Google Suite
This is a remote 1099 contractor position for a 90-day trial period.
The role will begin at approximately 20 hours per week with room to grow to become a full-time employee with benefits after 90 days depending on performance.
Flexible schedule, however, you must be available to work between the hours of 9:00 am – 5:00 pm EST for meetings and check-ins with our Special Projects Manager.
The starting pay rate for this position is $12-15/hr depending on experience.
We’re looking for someone to become a long term (3+ years) team member.
