The Worklete BDR team is responsible for generating introduction meetings for Worklete Account Executives. Reporting directly into the BDR Manager, this entry-level position offers an opportunity to launch a career in Sales and Marketing by executing the foundation of a strategic B2B account-based marketing program. This is an exciting opportunity to get in on the ground floor of a well funded startup that is growing at 100% year over year.
This position is fully remote and the candidate will be working from home indefinitely.

Collaborate with Account Executives and Marketing to effectively execute prospecting programs
Prospect, educate, qualify, and develop prospects at target accounts as part of an integrated account-based marketing strategy to generate qualified meetings for the sales team.
Research accounts, source contacts that map to key buyer personas, send targeted emails and cold call prospects.
Successfully manage and overcome initial prospect objections. Clearly articulate our value proposition and drive new customer engagement.
Become a trusted resource and develop superior relationships with prospects.
Leverage a complete toolset, including Hubspot, Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, DataFox and ZoomInfo.
Facilitate closed-loop feedback to ensure continuous process optimization.
Nurture accounts until timing is appropriate to move forward in the sales cycle.
Build and maintain a clean, targeted database of qualified prospects.


You are detail oriented and have an efficient, results-focused work ethic. Top candidates will be well-organized, quick-learners, highly energetic and professional.

You can think outside the box and problem solve, finding success when your first approach may not be successful.
Possess excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).

Comfortable speaking with people at all levels in large enterprises, including upper management and C-level executives.
Have earned a 4-year degree in business, marketing, communications or technology from an accredited university.
Work well with others.
Core working hours must be in Pacific or Mountain time zones
