Business Development Account Manager
Full-Time – Remote OK – Mid Level – Sales
About this role:
As Account Manager for WayBetter, you will create long-term, trusting relationships with our influencer partners. You will oversee a portfolio of existing partners, onboard new partners and continually seek opportunities to upsell. This position is full time and can be located anywhere in the United States. This role reports to the Head of Business Development.
What you’ll do:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with influencer partners in the health and wellness space
Serve as the main point of contact for influencer partners once they have signed an agreement
Create best practices for onboarding new partners and upselling existing partners
Act as an advocate for our partners by regularly recommending product improvements
Prepare reports on account status
Share learnings about influencer partners cross functionally
Your experience looks like:
2-4 years directly managing client relationships
Strong understanding of social media platforms and tools (bonus points if you’ve managed accounts and/or manage your own brands)
Solid understanding of CRM software (strong preference for Salesforce)
Exceptional interpersonal skills
Proven track record managing multiple deadlines while staying attentive to detail
Excellent listening, communication and negotiation skills
Great organizational and multitasking skills
A natural salesperson who thrives in a goal-oriented environment. You love the thrill of the chase and excel at exceeding goals
